If you live in the UK, Canada, Australia or the US then the site will work for you, otherwise there's not much you can really do. And don't use a proxy, because you can be banned for it.

Basically, you do offers, like surveys and stuff, and each one gives you points, assuming it's working, and then you use the points to buy things like gift cards and video games. Very simple. And it works for me, I got my Runescape membership using it.

Most of the bad comments are just saying that it sends you spam email, but it's not actually the site itself doing it, and it's inevitable when you're putting your email in a bunch of surveys. So using a fake email is best.
