My new goal Empty My new goal

Hey guys, I've recently decided on a new goal that I will be working very hard on to accomplish once alpha is released. My goal is to be the first person in the game to achieve 99 woodcutting. Now, this is going to be very difficult as I will have competition and I won't be able to get any higher than a steel hatchet at first. So if anyone could support me by donating mith/addy/rune hatchets as you find them or buy them, I will gladly repay you triple what they're worth by the time I get to cutting yews Smile I know this seems like a difficult tast, but I'm very motivated to work just as hard as anyone else to reach 99 first.

I'm going for the max exp I can get. But the thing is I won't be able to powercut because I won't be able to start legends quest. So basically, I'm going to be cutting yews starting at 65 all the way to 99, which will probably get me a good amount of cash Razz And thanks bro that means so much Surprised

Good luck! However, I am not sure you will be the first if you cut yews from 65. They are quite slow until 80.

I might do Maples up until then especially depending on if I have a good hatchet or not. But back when I got to 83 wc in 07 before I quit training it, I started yews at 65 and it didn't seem that slow tongue But I'll see for sure once I'm actually there.

If you wanna powertrain, go willows 30-70, Maples 70-99

Yes your fastest would be willows and maples, but I dont know if you should switch to maples at 70 or 75 or maybe even 80..

Good luck with this goal, if I find any spare hatchets you might need I shall donate them to you Smile. I believe the fastest is willows from 30-99 though, banking them in Draynor or Catherby.

If I get the smithing lvl in time I will give you for free mithril, adamant and maybe event Rune hatchet ! So u can be 100% sure to be the first one to 99. (Exept if someone can smith rune hatchet too) Sad

You could just cut willows at lummy and then sell them to general store for max xp/hour.

I would like to recommend to do willow until ~50Woodcutting, then maples until at least 70Woodcutting, because Yews at 65Woodcutting are VERY slow, trust me, I got almost 90Woodcutting on Runescape.
