yes but you need to pay 10 gp at the gate or take the longer way around
then draynor will be the closest

I had to resort to killing goblins to get the GPs I needed to get across that gate. I probably spent a few hundred gp crossing that gate before discovering that I could do a quest to get through the gate for free

yes, but sadly I won't be able to kill as a skiller. But most of the time someone will just give you 10gp

Well I'll be a skiller that does level combat, just I won't be focused so much on combat of course. Just do Prince Ali Rescue and you won't have any worries
